On the menu: Pomegranate and Spiced Rum Sangria, Duck Breast with Quince Glaze, Parsnip Puree and Pink Peppercorn Sherry Cream, Paella Fresca Del Mar with Shrimp, Shellfish and Winter Vegetables, and Tarta De Santiago, a Spanish Marcona Almond Cake
