On the menu: Scarborough Fair Cocktail, Shrimp Gremolata, Short Rib Raviolacci with Butter, Fried Sage & Walnuts, Rosemary Roasted Pork Loin with Pan Dripping Potatoes & Haricot Verts, and Cognac Cream Stewed Figs with Fresh Thyme Shortbread
