On the menu: Willamette Valley and Washington State Wine Pairings, Pacific Northwest Cheese Selection, Mini Crabcakes with Oregon Fry Sauce Aioli, Layered Roasted Beet Salad with Hazelnut Granola and Goat Cheese, Rack of Lamb with Garlic-Herb Crumb and Mint Vinaigrette over Baby Greens, and Blackberry Pie Ice Cream with Butter Cookies
