Repetition and practice are at the heart of the development of high-level knife skills and when used properly, your knife performs much more efficiently. Our chef will take you beyond dicing and chiffonade, exploring advanced knife techniques, the best use for different knives, safety, storage, and care. All cutlery and accessories will be 20% off for class participants.
