On the menu: Caribbean Painkiller Cocktails, Brazilian Grilled Cheese Sticks with Herb Dipping Sauce (Queijo Coalho), Baja Shrimp Tostadas with Avocado Crema and Pico de Gallo, Pinchos Moruños (Spanish Pork Skewers), and Hawaiian Shaved Ice with Fresh Mango and Raspberries
