Join us for an evening of the perfect blend of live cooking, instruction, chef tips, and course by course service. Mixed with cultural influences from Europe and Portugal, Brazils flavor profiles vary by region however, meat reigns supreme. Cachaca, citrus, seafood and cheese share starring roles on the Brazilian menu. Explore the tastes and flavors Brazil has to offer. On the menu: Strawberry Hibiscus Caipirinha, Pao de Queijo Brazilian Cheese Bread, Picanha (Sirloin), Bone In Ancho Steak, Frango (Chicken), Linguica (Pork Sausage), with Brazilian Rice & Black Bean, and Caramelized Plantains with Ice Cream
Please note: Wine, beer and soft beverages are included in your class. Class aprons are available for purchase for $5. Re-using class aprons allows us to keep our prices down and be more eco-conscious. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as weve already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list. Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
