Greek food is simple and elegant with flavors that range from subtle to robust, textures smooth to crunchy. Mediterranean cooking is the cooking of Greece; fresh, timeless, and nutritious. With influences from Persian and Turkish cuisine, common Greek favorites like moussaka and dolmades became shared stapes of these countries. The flavors of olives, lemon, honey, and nuts will transport you on an adventurous journey into the land of the Greek isles. On the menu: Savory Spanakopita and Feta Pie, Traditional Greek Salad, Creamy Ground Beef and Eggplant Moussaka, and Amygdalota Greek Almond Cookies
