Celebrate the first loads of fruit to be crushed to create a new vintage with a wine country inspired meal perfect for your next dinner party. On the menu: Ginger-Pear & Bourbon Cocktails and Marché Charcuterie, Roasted Beet Salad with Savory Hazelnut Granola, Pumpkin Soup Cups with Garam Masala Crème Fraiche, Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Pinot Noir & Blackberry Mostarda, Wild Rice Pilaf with Mushrooms & Autumn Greens, and Pear & Dried Cherry Custard Crumble with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
