Chef Robin Nathan presents Rosticeria Mexicana (Hands On)

Strolling down a street in any Mexican village, it won’t be long before you come across a roadside chicken stand, rosticeria Mexicana. Here locals sell chili-crusted roasted chickens for 80-100 pesos each, typically served with rice or pasta. Chef Robin is serving up roasted chicken and more infused with the flavors of Mexico.
