The longest river in France, the Loire boasts a thousand different facets which are forever changing with the days and the seasons. The Loire valley in summer becomes gentle and green, revealing the beauty of its landscape and the three wide, gently flowing rivers that pass through this magical region. Freshwater fish, locally grown fruits and vegetables, savory rillettes and creamy goat’s cheese are highlights of the glorious gastronomy of the Loire valley.
