With root vegetables, gourds, apples, and shorter days right around the corner, it’s easy to want to cling to the butter-slathered ear of corn, the last bowl of berries, and tomatoes so ripe you can eat them like a peach. Summer is fading fast but Chef Brandy is offering a lingering taste of summer’s best; one last hurrah to enjoy summer to the very end.
