Tonights menu features flavors of Spain. From the mountain ranges, canyons and rivers of West Rioja, to the east coast beaches of Galicia and all regions in between, share an evening of Spanish culinary magic from our kitchen. On the menu: Summer Sangria, Spanish Salad with Green Olives, Spiced Marcona Almonds, Manchego and Sherry Vinaigrette, Chicken & Chorizo Paella, Patatas Bravas with Smoked Paprika Aioli, and Crema de Catalana, a Spanish Style Creme Brulee

Wine, beer and soft beverages are included in your class.
Class aprons are available for purchase for $5. Re-using class aprons allows us to keep our prices down and be more eco-conscious.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as weve already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place.
We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list.
Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
