Green Goddess Dip October 2, 2014 by Jill Foucre Leave a Comment Green Goddess Dip 2014-10-02 09:25:03 Print Ingredients 1 bunch watercress, washed, spun dry, stems removed and discarded 1 cup (tightly packed) fresh basil leaves ½ cup (tightly packed) coarsely chopped fresh chives 1 large clove garlic, peeled, trimmed and chopped freshly grated zest of 1 lemon freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon ½ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup sour cream 2 anchovy filets salt freshly ground black pepper Instructions In the work bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade combine the watercress, basil, chives, garlic and lemon zest. Pulse until chopped. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and anchovy filets. Process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
