Debbie says February 18, 2019 at 1:16 pm These are, in essence, “pickled” shrimp? What flavor would these have. Can’t wrap my mind around it, but I want to make some. Love new ways with shrimp. Would these be set out to be DIPPED in something? Reply
Jill Foucre says February 28, 2019 at 10:03 am Debbie, they are not pickled but are indeed marinated in the vinaigrette mixture. They are going to have an herby, tangy flavor. You can definitely dip them in something (a remoulade type sauce or a cocktail sauce) but they are delicious on their own as well. Reply
