Overnight Oatmeal January 7, 2015 by Jill Foucre 1 Comment Overnight Oatmeal 2015-01-07 15:04:46 Print Ingredients 1 cup steel cut oats 1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup dried figs 4 cups water 1/2 cup half-and-half Sliced Almonds (optional) Instructions In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and set to low heat. Cover and cook for 8 hours. Stir and remove to serving bowls. Start right before bed and your oatmeal will be finished when you wake up. Notes Wonderful garnished with sliced almonds!
