Chef Heather Ude Presents Family Cooking: Dinner Al Fresco (Hands On)

Its family night in the Marcels kitchen for families with children aged 7 and over. Fruits and vegetables are still plentiful and farmers markets, backyard gardens, and the local vegetable stand are still bursting with fresh summer ingredients. This class will show you how to use the just-picked fruits and vegetables to enjoy a meal with the family. Price is per person; wine and beer will be served with the class for adults. On the menu: Fresh Peach Crostini, Beef & Queso Fresco Burger with Creamy Lime Sauce, Grilled Corn & Cotija Cheese Elotes, and Summer Fruit Jam Jar Trifles

Wine, beer and soft beverages are included in your class.
Class aprons are available for purchase for $5. Re-using class aprons allows us to keep our prices down and be more eco-conscious.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as weve already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place.
We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list.
Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
