If you apply the brakes for roadside produce stands, prefer to see the chickens ranging free, and consider farm fresh to mean brushing off the dirt and eating from the field, this is the class for you. At the end of summer farmers markets, the fresh choices are abundant. When cooking with just a handful of ingredients and minimal intervention, the simplest meals sing the loudest. On the menu: Basil-Mint Infused White Sangria, Garden Panzanella Salad with Marinated Feta, Spice Crusted Grill Kissed Pork Tenderloin with Chimmichurri, Herb Tossed Potato Salad with Baby Spinach & Scallion Butter, and Stone Fruit Crumble with Crème Fraiche
Please note: Wine, beer and soft beverages are included in your class. Class aprons are available for purchase for $5. Re-using class aprons allows us to keep our prices down and be more eco-conscious. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as weve already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list. Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
