Strawberry Lemon Sorbet

Strawberry Lemon Sorbet
  1. 1 lemon, seeded and roughly chopped
  2. 1 or 2 lemons, juiced (1/4 cup)
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. ½ cup water
  5. 6 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
  1. Place lemon, lemon juice, water, and sugar into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or transfer to a lidded container in the freezer until serving.
