Blistered Shishito Peppers

Blistered Shishito Peppers

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups shishito peppers
  2. 1-2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  3. 1 lime
  4. Maldon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in pan until pan shimmers. Add peppers and toss as they begin to blister. When fully blistered, remove from pan and squeeze with a generous amount of lime juice and Maldon sea salt. Enjoy!
