Use & Care

• Seasoning (first use): Before first use, grind white rice until powder, discard; repeat with garlic, then cumin with salt and pepper to remove stone dust and season the surface

• Cleaning: Rinse with warm water and air dry; do not use soap as it can be absorbed and affect flavor; do not place in dishwasher
