This petite oval wooden cutting board is small but capable. It’s a good size for slicing fruit, prepping small ingredients, or serving cheese and snacks for two. The oval shape softens the form, making it feel just as natural at the bar as it does on the counter.
Each board is made from spalted maple, a hardwood that develops dark lines and swirling patterns as it ages. Those markings form naturally, giving every board its own look. We shape each piece by hand, keeping the live edge intact and lightly staining it to bring out the contrast between bark and board.
Finished just enough to protect the surface, this board works well as both a wooden cutting board and a compact wooden charcuterie board.

Prolonged exposure to water can cause damage; please do not submerge in water or place in the dishwasher.
Common mistakes include letting old fruit and vegetables rot at the bottom of a bowl (this may stain) or putting wood in the oven.
