Shrimp Scampi with Linguine December 15, 2017 by Jill Foucre Leave a Comment Shrimp Scampi with Linguine 2017-12-15 19:50:13 Print Ingredients 1 pound Raw Shelled & Deveined Shrimp 3 tablespoons Butter 3 tablespoons Olive Oil 1 clove minced Garlic 1 tablespoon s.a.l.t. Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend 3 tablespoons Bread Crumbs ½ cup Dry White Wine Juice of 1/2 Fresh Lemon 1 Package Filotea Linguine Parmesan Cheese for Garnish Fresh Parsley Optional Garnish Instructions Cook pasta according to directions - drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water for sauce. In a large skillet melt butter and olive oil. Add the minced garlic to the butter and olive oil and cook 2 minutes. Add Tuscan salt bend and bread crumbs to shrimp. Meanwhile add wine to the pan and bring to a simmer. Add some pasta water to sauce and reduce for a few minutes, then add shrimp. Cook shrimp until pink about 4 minutes.
