Beef Taco Dip January 31, 2018 by Jill Foucre Leave a Comment Beef Taco Dip 2018-01-31 23:09:31 Print Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 1 tablespoon Till's Sassy Rub 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 4 ounces cream cheese 2 cups shredded cheese 1/4 can beer 1/2 cup salsa of choice 1/4 cup milk green onions chopped for garnish Instructions In a medium hot skillet brown the ground beef with all of the dry spices. Drain any excess fat. Next use the beer to de-glaze the pan and cook 3 minutes. Add salsa. Slowly add in the cream cheese, milk and shredded cheeses. Stir until all are blended.
