Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt is pure sea salt that has been solar evaporated and domestically harvested in the Pacific Northwest of the US. We slow-smoke the large crystals in small batches using staves from oak bourbon barrels. Our all-natural Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt is very versatile and adds a rich, smoky flavor to all kinds of foods, from burgers and red meat to poultry and vegetables.
