Product Description
The full-size expression of Japanese knife mastery. The Cangshan KITA Series 7" Santoku Knife offers the same fluid, efficient cutting style as its 5" counterpart — but with a longer blade that handles larger cuts of meat, bigger vegetables, and high-volume prep with ease. The hollow edge creates air pockets between blade and food, dramatically reducing surface resistance and preventing ingredients from sticking mid-cut. Forged from 67 layers of proprietary X-7 Damascus steel with a hammered full-tang finish, the blade is hand-sharpened to a razor edge and built for lasting performance. The KITA Series octagonal G-10 fiberglass handle with mosaic rivet provides a balanced, ergonomic grip for extended prep sessions, and the included Saya-style magnetic sheath keeps the blade protected between uses.
