Product Description
Stir-fry, sear, toss, and sauté with the responsive heat control of the Smithey Carbon Steel Wok. Its traditional curved profile keeps ingredients moving across the cooking surface, while dual handles provide a secure two-handed grip when lifting or tossing. The polished, seasoned interior is free of synthetic nonstick coating and develops improved release through regular cooking and care.
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Smithey Ironware grew from founder Isaac Morton’s passion for restoring vintage cookware. Inspired by refined American cookware from earlier generations, Smithey pairs traditional craftsmanship with modern production techniques. This wok brings that philosophy to hand-forged carbon steel, combining responsive performance with the character of cookware designed to evolve through use.
