Use & Care
- Suitable for searing, sautéing, shallow frying, braising, sauces, and one-pan meals
- Preheat gradually and add cooking oil or another fat as appropriate for the recipe
- Regular cooking and seasoning help the smooth surface develop improved release over time
- For oven seasoning, Smithey recommends 450°F
- Use both handles and oven mitts when moving the hot or filled skillet
