Smithey Seasoned No. 12 Cast Iron Flat Top Griddle | 12 Inch

Product Description

Cook pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, grilled sandwiches, and smash burgers across the broad surface of the Smithey No. 12 Flat Top Griddle. Its cast iron body retains steady heat, while the satin-smooth polished cooking surface develops improved release through regular cooking and seasoning. The extended chef handle and opposite helper handle support controlled lifting.

The griddle also serves as a lid for the Smithey No. 12 Skillet, with coverage designed to accommodate the skillet’s pour spouts. Inspired by Smithey founder Isaac Morton’s interest in restoring vintage cookware and polished 19th-century American ironware, it combines traditional cast iron character with modern U.S. production.
