On the menu: Mixed Greens Salad with Manchego & Caramelized Walnut, Dry-Aged Porterhouse with Bearnaise, Smoked Gouda & Gruyere Mac and Cheese, Whipped Potato with Parmesan & Roasted Garlic, and Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie, With Wine Pairings
