Chef Molly guides you through the art of making traditional paella, from building a rich saffron-infused base to layering seasonal ingredients that bring depth and comfort to every bite. Using hearty winter produce, fresh seafood, and tender meats, you’ll learn how to balance flavors, master the perfect socarrat (that delicious crispy rice layer), and enjoy the classic flavors of paella.
