Get your hands in the dough and discover the delicate art of Italy’s most comforting dumplings: gnocchi and gnudi. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore two beloved (and often confused!) recipes—one rooted in rustic Northern Italian kitchens, the other born in the hills of Tuscany. Chef Amy will cover everything from shaping techniques to sauce pairings, so you leave with the skills and confidence to recreate these pillowy dishes at home.
