In our cocktail party class format, guests take turns at the cooking stations creating recipes to share with the group. Our chef shares tips, tricks and demonstrations along the way. This is a standing cocktail party style event culminating in a meal of small plates.
Settle in for a relaxed, flavor-packed night of comfort food and craft beer in this class designed for cozy evenings and good company. Learn how to prepare hearty small plates and shareable snacks that pair perfectly with seasonal brews—from rich stouts to hoppy IPAs. Wine also available in class.
