From sweet Mini King Cakes, pillowy French Quarter beignets and sweet pralines, to a little Southern soul with savory hush puppies, you’ll master deep-frying and dough techniques, learn icing and glazing skills, and pick up tips for creating bakery-quality Southern treats at home. Grab your beads and your apron - it’s time to celebrate Mardi Gras with a little sugar, spice, and plenty of Mardi Gras spirit!
