Starting with the perfect pasta dough, this workshop expands your knowledge and techniques in preparing different pasta shapes and preparations. Learn to roll out and shape agnolotti and cavatelli, and create classic seasonal sauces to accompany your pasta. Gain the confidence and skills to create a beautiful meal of fresh pasta any time!
