Tonight Chef Robin celebrates the culinary traditions of the Alps, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients with a bistro touch. Wine and beer included in class.

 

On the menu: Bourbon & Pear Cocktails, Classic Swiss Fondue, Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Carrot Salad with Charred Scallion Buttermilk Dressing, French Poteé (Pork and Cabbage Stew) over Fontina Polenta, and Pear Kuchen
