Join us for an evening of the perfect blend of live cooking, instruction, chef tips, and course by course service in our chef demonstration class. Italy boasts a wealth of postcard perfect coastal towns, each with its own panorama of breathtaking ocean views and even better culinary treasures. Chef Brian is highlighting the cuisine of Italy's seaside where even in winter, coastal charm is abundant, and freshness is paramount.
On the menu: Radicchio Salad with Apple and Piave Vecchio, Squid Pizzette With White Bean & Kale and Saffron Aioli, Lobster Risotto with Crisp Leek and Crustacean Broth, and Amaretto Gelato & Grape Granita with Pistachio Butter & Candied Ginger, with Italian Wine Pairings
