In this class, we’ll cook with the season’s best ingredients of wild herbs, sweet corn, grilled mountain meat, and local craft beer, preparing a vibrant menu that reflects both rustic charm and modern flair. Whether you're a local or just love the spirit of the mountains, this class is a delicious way to celebrate summer at high elevation.

Fava and Pea Whipped Herb Mascarpone Toasts with Prosciutto & Balsamic

Herb Marinated Bison and Beef Steaks with Bacon Butter over Grilled Corn Cakes

Sweet Vidalia Onion, Wild Mushroom and Cheesy Gruyere Gratin

Sugar-Crusted Dark Chocolate Cake with Craft Beer Caramel
