Updated Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your reservation, please call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a store credit in the amount of the class. The credit will be emailed; it does not expire and can be used toward another class or on merchandise at Marcel's. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we have already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. Please call the store at 630-790-8500 to make changes to your reservation.

Dietary Restrictions
We cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Please note, our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.

Alcohol Service Policy
For the safety and enjoyment of guests and in accordance with our Illinois State Liquor License, Marcel's is responsible for ensuring safe alcohol consumption to guests during class. We have the right to end alcohol beverage service to any guest we deem necessary.

Marcel's may take photographs and video during class which are used for various marketing purposes. I grant Marcel's permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member at the beginning of the class, and we will make every effort to respect your preference.
