American Spoon Blueberries are petite Rubel blueberries preserved in a deep, jammy syrup of wild blueberry juice subtly sweetened with sugar. This loose, pourable compote captures the alluringly nostalgic taste of freshly picked blueberries in a luxurious topping for over pancakes, ice cream, or yogurt.
