From light, refreshing appetizers to rich, flavorful mains and a decadent dessert, this class celebrates the vibrant, sun-soaked cuisine of the Amalfi Coast.

Melon and Crisp Prosciutto Carpaccio with Micro Basil and White Balsamic Reduction
Pasta Primavera with Spring Peas, Fresh Burrata and Chive Oil
Pesce alla’Acqua Pazza - Poached Sea Bass with Cherry Tomato, Fennel & Garlic Confit
