$250 for all 4 days
Teens! Get ready to chop, sauté, and compete in a camp that blends essential kitchen skills with a friendly culinary challenge! Students will build confidence in the kitchen while learning core cooking techniques, then put those skills to the test in a competition on the last day!
On the menu:
Monday: Veggie Stir Fry with Teriyaki Sauce, Breaded Chicken Tenders with Herby Ranch Dip,
Sauteed Summer Stone Fruit Hand Pies with Fresh Raspberry Sauce
Tuesday: Roasted Tomatillo Salsa with Lime Tortilla Chips, Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak Tacos
with Fresh Pico De Gallo, Grilled Pineapple Sundaes with Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce
Wednesday: Lemon Blueberry Scones with Lemon Icing, Chocolate Chip Dessert Pizza, Double Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream, and Mini Fruit Tarts with Pastry Cream
Thursday: Competition Day!
