Brewing Instructions:
- Fill the jug with enough water for 6–8 cups and place on its base.
- Secure the filter to the funnel and place it over the jug with a firm seal.
- Add finely ground coffee to the funnel, place the lid on, and press the on/off button.
- Heated water rises into the funnel and brews with the grounds. After 4 minutes, brewed coffee flows back into the jug — ready to pour.
- The warming function keeps coffee at optimal temperature for up to 30 minutes.

Use & Care
- Before first use: fill jug to MAX with water and run a cycle without coffee grounds. Discard water, wait 10 minutes, then brew.
- Funnel lid, funnel, filter, filter gasket, measuring spoon, stirring spoon, and brush are all dishwasher safe
- Never immerse the jug in water — wipe with a damp cloth only
- Use finely ground coffee for best siphon brewing results
- Do not leave unattended during the brewing cycle
- Warming function automatically maintains optimal temperature for up to 30 minutes after brewing
