Use & Care
Safe for use on all pan types including nonstick — the smooth beechwood finish will not scratch delicate surfaces. Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap; do not soak or place in the dishwasher, as prolonged exposure to water can cause the wood to warp or crack. Dry immediately after washing and store in a dry place. Periodically re-treating with food-safe beeswax or mineral oil will help maintain the wood’s condition and extend the life of the spreader.
