Microplane Garlic Mince and Slice

The jury is still out on this one. I only used it one time so far. It is a little fiddly to put together and I have to determine how much pressure I need to use to get the desired result. The pieces do not fit together as one unit for storage so I need to find a solution for that other than a zip lock bag. It will be a learning curve, but I needed a garlic press/mincer so I decided to try this.
