Care Instructions

1. Hand wash with warm, soapy water before first use and after each baking. Avoid extended soaking.
2. Before baking, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa. Baking spray with flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Fill pan no more than ¾ full to prevent overflow.
4. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on nonstick surfaces.
