Product Description
Bring ridged grilling to the stovetop with the Smithey No. 12 Grill Pan. Raised cooking ridges create defined sear marks while lifting food above rendered fat and juices, making the pan well suited to steaks, chops, chicken, fish, vegetables, and pressed sandwiches. A helper handle supports a secure two-handed lift when the pan is hot or loaded.
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Smithey Ironware grew from founder Isaac Morton’s passion for restoring vintage cast iron. Inspired by the smooth, polished ironware produced in 19th-century America, Smithey pairs traditional craftsmanship with modern production techniques. This grill pan carries that heritage through refined cooking surfaces and a distinctive copper-toned preseasoned finish.
