LA native Chef Robin started teaching classes at Marcel’s in January 2012, just a few months after the store opened. She spent 20 years as a marketing executive before attending culinary school, and loves both hands-on and Chef’s Table demonstration classes, sharing her passion for simple presentations, seasonal ingredients and global flavors.

Favorite Ingredients: in-season produce, fresh herbs and vinegars
