In our cocktail party class format, guests take turns at the cooking stations creating recipes to share with the rest of the group. Our chef shares tips, tricks and demonstrations along the way. This is a standing cocktail party style event culminating in a meal of small plates.

Fantastic food meets great beer! Create a menu of bold, flavor-packed bites with beer worked right into the recipes - from rich, malty sauces to light, crisp batters. Along the way, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully selected pours to complement dishes, making it a fun, relaxed night of cooking, sipping, and great company. Bold, approachable, and full of flavor - this is comfort food with a craft beer twist.
