In our cocktail party class format, guests take turns at the cooking stations creating recipes to share with the rest of the group. Our chef shares tips, tricks and demonstrations along the way. This is a standing cocktail party style event culminating in a meal of small plates.

Inspired by the energy and creativity of taco trucks, this class focuses on building bold, balanced flavors from fresh ingredients. You’ll prepare a variety of tacos featuring vibrant salsas, crisp toppings, and layered seasonings - learning how to create street-style dishes that capture the spirit of a taco truck with an elevated twist.
